Shipping policy

United States delivery

Standard tracked shipping to the United States is included in the product price. Available delivery options and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We currently sell for delivery to the United States.

Where your order ships from

Our engraving kits ship from our fulfillment partner in China. They are not dispatched from a US warehouse. Kits arrive in standard protective supplier packaging; a branded gift box is not included.

Processing and transit

Please allow an estimated 1–3 days for order processing before dispatch. Transit is separate: the supplier's current estimate is 4–12 days after dispatch for most shipments, with some taking 13 days or longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Peak-season demand, customs and carrier delays can extend delivery times.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once available after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Christmas and date-sensitive gifts

Order early and allow extra time during the holiday season. We do not guarantee delivery by Christmas or any other specific event date.

Delays, missing parcels and address changes

If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised shipping estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order. If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, email us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please check your delivery address before paying and contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
