About Etchkind
Etchkind is operated by Neil Capital Group LLC. These terms apply to purchases from etchkind.shop and your use of our online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify.
Using the store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not use the store for fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, or access accounts or systems without permission.
Products and descriptions
The product page describes the kit and accessories included with your purchase. Objects shown as project ideas or examples are not included unless expressly listed. Engraving results depend on the material, technique and practice. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colors. If an item materially differs from its description, contact us for a resolution.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise clearly shown. Standard US shipping is included; any applicable taxes and additional charges are displayed before you place the order. You authorize payment using the method selected at checkout. A purchase does not create a recurring subscription. Price changes apply to future purchases.
Orders
Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and offer a resolution or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. We may decline orders where there are reasonable indications of fraud or unlawful activity.
Shipping and cancellations
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China. Processing and transit times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Christmas or other date-specific delivery is not guaranteed. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will offer you a revised shipping date or cancellation with a full refund for the unshipped order. Contact us immediately for an address change or cancellation request.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day unused-item return window, return postage, and help with damaged, faulty or incorrect items. These policies do not restrict any non-excludable consumer rights.
Safe use
The engraving kit is a powered tool, not a toy. Read and follow the supplied instructions and safety guidance. Use suitable eye protection, secure the workpiece and use attachments appropriate for the material and task. Keep the tool and small accessories away from children. Stop using a damaged tool or battery and contact us.
Store content
Etchkind branding and original website content belong to Neil Capital Group LLC or their respective owners and licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping. Copying or reusing protected content for commercial purposes requires the relevant owner's permission. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.
Privacy and other websites
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Consumer protections and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Please contact us first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by applicable US federal law and Florida law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
